"Room was clean! And very cold which we loved because it was a good break from the heat of Hawaii! The staff was very helpful with getting drinks, and snacks from their market and even warned me about their Pringles price being way too high. Breakfasts being easy to get with the tickets they gave out."

"Check-in way too long. Driver License for each person required? Everyone had to leave car lock it long delay. Instructions for parking very poor, given wrong side street. Long lines at check in lots of frustration people. "

"Room was clean, and everything worked great. TV size was large, shower temperature control was very good, and they cleaned it as requested. Pool was cleaned and water temperature was comfortable, noticed couple edges damaged, and “do not jump into pool” policy not enforced! Continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices including large size waffle machines available. Really disappointed with parking fee(EXCESSIVE) which forces customers to use since there us no other safe options in that area (homeless and alcoholic beverages nearby)"
