"We had a wonderful short break here, the spa was lovely, rooms very comfortable and staff very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Made even better by location as it was only a short walk down into Windermere. "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing and so kind! Especially Moses who worked at the bar, very professional and polite! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is under renovations at the moment, so there is scaffolding and the elevators do not work. But they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and offering to put us on the first floor if needed. We would definitely come here again! Thank you to all of the staff! You guys are top notch!"
