Extremely friendly staff, made us feel very welcome! Lovely spacious room & really good shower, nice big comfortable bed & peaceful stay, big private balcony, breakfast was amazing!! Not a problem but room & balcony could do with a little updating & bbc channels didn't work properly due to signal but we had a lovely stay. Very close to village & lake, excellent location & would definitely stay again if we are in Windermere
