The front desk person did not have the attitude of helping to get my request granted (finding a phone charger to borrow) they only answered no and didnt offer any other potential solution. Housekeeping passed the buck to the front desk! Also, they were Very abrupt about keeping the stub for checked bags insinuating that we couldnt get our bags back if we didnt have the ticket."

"We booked this hotel last minute after staying in a dirty airbnb and were so happy with the double tree. The room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful and our breakfast was delicious. "The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The room…he told us it had a ’few upgrades.’ Meaning new curtains, I think. Furniture was worn and dated; same with the fixtures. It reminded me of an old camp on a lake. That being said, the room was very clean, the beds were comfy, and we had control over the temperature, which is a must for me. The towels were clean and fresh, the shower was hot with enough pressure, and the bar soap they provide had a DELIGHTFUL...

"We stayed 2 nights. There is no elevator so we had help bringing our suitcases up the stairs. We lugged them downstairs ourselves. The first night the guests next door played their television loudly until 1:00 a.m. I finally knocked on the wall and they turned it off. I did notify the hotel the next morning and asked to change rooms. But the guests were leaving that morning. Our room was very nice and the hotel is pretty. The staff were friendly. "
