We love staying at the Spark hotel when visiting our family in Essex Junction. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rolms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and the receptionist we originally had was fantastic. The room was lovely and very quiet. We were accommodated for my disability and dog. However, checking out wasn't as smooth and the receptionist we had during this time was rather cold and I felt like she didn't really listen to our concerns, but I believe it stemmed from some miscommunication. The room itself was spotless and beautifully decorated and the hotel staff were always doing something around the hotel to keep it running smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again because it felt safe and welcoming.

The staff were great. Very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and in good condition. The mattress was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The bed linens were 100% polyester and the pillows pillows were just as bad. We ended up having to buy pillows, blanket, and a humidifier to make the room more comfortable.
