Pet friendly Hotels in Willows, California

"This was a nice place to stay . I stayed for three nights and did not have a problem. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok, eggs were fresh but a little too watery for my taste. Hotel is close to downtown Chico . The parking lot was big and it felt safe. I did not venture to walk because there was no sidewalk to the north on main highway. Overall my experience was good/ok and would stay here again if I ever travel back through that area. You get a free cookie at check-in desk. "

"Good: Ample parking, friendly staff, quick check in and reasonable pet fee and additional guest fee. Close access to the freeway, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart. Bad: Facility could be cleaner. Our room’s garment hanger was falling off the wall. Room was quite dark. Carpets did not seem clean. No rack to open luggage. Water was super soft, which made it impossible to feel like soap was being rinsed off. And the facility has a smell. "

"The rooms are that great. I requested to switch rooms at eight in the evening because I couldn’t go to sleep. There’s a fan in the bathroom that you cannot turn off and it’s loud.. the hotel also charged my bank card. I never authorized the charge and they couldn’t explain what it is for. The manager told me to dispute it with the bank. Overall, my staying at suites was not that good."

"The staff were very friendly. The restaurant had descent menu choices. The room was very clean. We had a poolside view, but it was a nice quiet stay. I would definitely stay there again!"

"This Has Been One of The Best Stays ever in a hotel !! Im A Caterer and im always having to rent an air bnb for catering jobs but they dont have a pool .Ladies and gentlemen if u are in the Chico area for a catering event I Highly recommended The Residence Inn for your stay and prep ,and enjoy a lil u time while working ."
