Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay.

Staff was friendly, and the place was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't care for the $100 deposit for incidentals they made me fork out and the elevator has some sort of software issue. I was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were a lot faster. All in all, decent place for the price.

The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel property had plenty of grass to walk our dog. The provided breakfast was fine. The hotel is next to a defunct Kmart and the streetlights along the private road leading to the hotel were not illuminated, which was not good at night. Our room (109) had a buzzing/rattling noise coming from above the beds and towards the exterior wall, which we could easily hear with the air conditioner off at night. It might have been from ductwork and/or a bathroom fan from the adjacent room. We have rarely heard such noises in other mid-priced hotels.
