Esperanza was so nice, helpful. Our room (King w/Spa tub) was large, roomy & clean; bed was very comfortable - overall, better than expected. The only issue was that we wanted to use the indoor pool. The area & pool were immaculate, but it hadn't been heated ☃️so it was too cold to use.
