"We had to move to move to this property having originally checked in to The Wyndeham Garden Hotel, near Busch Gardens - which was absolutely disgusting. We are now having trouble getting a refund from Expedia who have washed their hands of the problem and offered loyalty points. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not use or recommend Expedia for hotels ever again. Once they have your money, they don't want to know. Absolutely zero customer service. Use hotels.com instead - much better service. "
