The property and the rooms was very clean and neat. But the only problem I have With this Powhatan resort is the late check in. We didn't get checked in until 5:30 in the evening.

The grounds were beautiful. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for 6 adults. Pool was wonderful, loved having an “adults only” side to relax. Pool bar was convenient. Tennis courts and pickleball courts with equipment provided was wonderful. Loved everything about this place including the price!

We had a great time Everyone was very friendly and a lot to do on the property. They had a great assortment of pools to go into, miniature golf, tennis etc.. and the property was very nice to walk around and relax. The Restaraunt had great meals with great prices (especially for breakfast). We were there for 5 days and plan to go back agian for a longer stay.

Staff and customer service very nice. Pool was nice! I arrived 415PM line was long I didn't get to my room after 5PM. Enjoyed my stay wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent property and beautiful amenities. Stocked towels at the pool and walkable resort. Jeremy at the pool was top notch and did an awesome job to keep the busy pool area running smoothly! Rooms were built to be quiet with great room darkening for good sleeping.

Our stay here was amazing. We had two villas (upstairs and downstairs) as a graduation gift to our oldest. He was able to invite 4 friends to travel back n forth to Busch Gardens and Water Country for the weekend! Our immediate family (to include 2small children) were able to stay in another unit (upstairs) peacefully. The property was clean and the staff reached out via texts throughout our stay. We were able to ask for extra blankets, body wash and other necessities with no problem and it wad brought straight to our rooms. I would definitely advise others to stay here and will be sraying again soon.
