It’s a bit run down but for the price point it’s what you’d expect. The indoor pool was chilly and the “hot” tub colder than the pool. The breakfast was basically just cereal. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Over all the stay was not bad. But the shower never got hot ! And the hot tub was more like a bath it never was really hot ! Staff was alright ! Never had any complaints. Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately needed a shock treatment and the hot tub water was NOT acceptable whatsoever. I'd have been fine without a hot tub at all, but if you're going to have one in your facility and brag about it, it needs to be maintained, cleaned, and treated properly. Overall, nothing except "first-world"/"luxe" problems to report. Otherwise, it IS a safe place to sleep.

The room was spotless with appropriate amenities, but there wasn't a microwave in the room which was a surprise as Days Inn usually has one in the room. There was a 'community' microwave in the breakfast area. This was a bit of inconvenience if you wanted to heat up food and didn't feel like going out your room. I was able to dry my clothes as they had a guest laundromat which was good. I didn't make it to breakfast which was until 10 am so I can't rate that. There was an enclosed hot tub and pool available for use. The bed was comfortable (King size). Overall the experience was similar to that of other Days Inns' with the exception of the colonial style decor of the establishment which reflected the area of Williamsburg it is located in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable informing me of all of the information I needed to know at check-in.

First room had no heat. Second room door lock was inoperative. (Staff was nice and changed rooms). Very dirty carpet. Other "tenants" were so loud at 4:30am I was awakened. You get what you pay for. I'm surprised Wyndham handles these type of properties. They are real dives and destroys whatever positive type of branding your name has driven in the past.

I stayed here for 4nights for sightseeing and Busch Garden trip. I don't drive but the this location was perfect. Only 6mins uber drive from the williamsburg amtrak station. There's a bus station in front of the hotel that goes to williamsburg station(close to the historic area) There's a 7 eleven just 4mins walk away from the hotel so no trouble to get some snack and water. Staffs work this hotel were very friendly and hard working.

Didn’t feel safe, parking lot was dark, room had windows w/no screens and with the ability to open. Room was damaged - carpet (all of it) was dirty/worn/dated/pulls in it, shower curtain rod was a blink away from pulling out of the walls. Lights in room had dated light bulbs. Our stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made for a nice visit. The only issue we noticed was a hole in the bathroom door near the handle on the outside — definitely something that should be fixed. Breakfast was okay, but it would be great to have a little more variety in the non-pastry options, like more hot or protein choices. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, but the hot tub was more lukewarm than hot, which was a bit disappointing. Even with these small issues, my husband and I enjoyed our two-day stay. It’s a nice hotel with good potential, and a few small improvements could really make it stand out.
