"Clean room. Facility is clean. Structured. Room very comfortable. Valet attendants go above. Courteous, helpful as I am handicapped needed care to load/unload. Once we learned the access to the hotel not being where the casino is was much easier. A lot of construction in the area. "

"My room was great, the heater broke but the maintenance guy brought me a portable one right away. The only downside was there were towels left in the dryer when i checked in. Location is great. Staff are very helpful."

TV is not working. No hot water a couple days but again staff was really nice and I do believe they’re trying to make it better and what I paid in comparison to two minutes away in the heart of downtown it was a fair deal"

"No water, no toothbrush, no slippers. NO Nothing!!!! We were surprised that this is a 4 star hotel! You have to pay for parking No free internet!! Not worth the money We weren’t happy with the overall experience at all."
