"The hotel feels a little tired and understaffed. Three of the rooms we booked weren't available until gone 6pm. Breakfast was disappointing. One staff member most mornings for a busy room, with breakfast taking up to an hour. One morning, our breakfast just didn't appear. Location is good."

They had no available restroom we were able to use, had to wait until we got in the room. Property, especially the side I stayed on looks derelict. Was not aware the shuttle service is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. Room was freezing, no thermostat to adjust. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. "

"Great location for downtown events, although the 7-Eleven next door is a bit sketchy after dark. Great apartment with everything we needed, including blindfolds which are necessary as the apartment is flooded with city light all night."
