The staff was very helpful and kind. The convenience to the beach and attractions was great. The actual room itself was outdated, had an odor, the bathroom shower curtain had mold stains all over it as well as the shower head. I felt like I needed a shower after my shower. Not cheap for a room in this condition but more affordable than some other places on the strip. Next time will spend a little more and stay in a more updated and clean establishment.

Great service at the front desk, quick and attentive to anything we needed , perfect kiddie pool for our daughter and regular pool for us. A block away from the boardwalk/beach. Our suite was very nice and comfortable for the price and we were able to have a view of the beach/ocean. If you're looking for a motel for a couple nights in WW I highly recommend this place!

Property was clean and room presentable. No issues during our stay. Not fancy but served our purpose. Enough space for four adults. Didn’t spend much time in room besides when we returned to room for sleep. bed was comfy and. hotel is in close proximity to the beach and a small market with dine in option for breakfast within walking distance.

Cook tops in the rooms need to be leveled and updated, refrigerators need a dedicated freezer section. Management needs to enforce no loud noise of talking after 10:00PM. Internet was spotty at times. Overall it was a pleasant stay

We came for a short stay at the beach and were quite surprised at how outdated the rooms were. (However...this is out first beach stay so we did not have much to go on for comparison..) parking was VERY tight, the pool had a lot of sea gull feathers floating in it, the sink in our bathroom was literally falling off the wall...it was disheartening. On the plus side, the staff was nice and it was only a block away from beach access.

The property has a great location and on- site parking. The pool was nice and clean. Overall, the property is showing it's age and has not been renovated. The room was mostly clean, but had very old uncomfortable furniture and cheap memory foam mattresses. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette is in desperate need of renovation. Air conditioning worked well. None of the lamps in our bedroom worked. In summary, this place is acceptable to stay at if you are on a small budget and plan to be mostly out of the motel room anyway.
