I do want to highlight the young lady at the front-desk Aisha, she was genuinely awesome, I love her energy and spirit and her customer service skills, she is incredible and solution oriented. "Very poor temperature control in room. Had to open the window to cool down, air conditioning appeared to be centrally switched off- a common problem these days. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle bus is crazily over priced, cheaper to get an Uber."

"This property is across the street from old town and the main Zurich train station. Plenty of restaurants, a large supermarket and public transportation. Property is well kept and staff is superb."
