This was a top class property. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and in perfect working order. The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime AFTER we found the room. The pillows were far too soft - they did not support my head. And the coffee machine in the lobby did not work. However, I would stay there again - Great location and amenities.
