We sought solace at the hotel to get a break from the unusually high temperatures and it was perfect, the air conditioning was amazing and we finally got a good nights sleep, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff both on reception and in the dining room were faultless, we ate at the El Toro in the evening and again the food was delicious, I would definitely recommend this hotel for quality, comfort and value for money, well done guys.

It is an automated check-in on a Sundy. But everything worked perfect. And since Switzerland experienced a heat wave during our stay, it felt good to be fully airconditioned. Breakfast was well served and plentyfull.

Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable.
