"The cleaning staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful in explaining how to navigate the tram, etc. The check in and check out process was extremely difficult. I tried to check in and check out online and both times, I had to go through the front desk. When we were checking in, we stood in a line for 15-20 minutes before we realized we were in the wrong line. We then stood in line for 40 minutes to check in. There were only 5-6 people to check in all of the guests. We were told that because we had booked through Expedia, this was why we could not check in online. When I attempted to check out, again I was told that it was a glitch that I could not do it online. I realize it was Spring Break but they should have planned for more staff to check in their customers. It is a beautiful resort but I do not think that we would return here."

"The room was great-clean, spacious and bright with a beautiful view. We upgraded and pay extra to a nicer room , how ever, we notice a few things that were disappointment .There was no coffee machine provided in the room & no bathrobe available, even after we called housekeeping. In addition the jacuzzi is not working. Overall, the room itself was spacious with a lovely view. But aside from that they should fix and improve their amenities."
