"Dylan on reception was outstanding in his role. He welcomed us on arrival giving us all the information we needed. He kindly arranged a taxi for us later and was courteous, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Also Peter who was cleaning the tables in the bar. A nice friendly interesting gentleman."

"Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this. Rooms are very basic, but adequate. Location is two minutes away from Railway station so very good for transport links. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, polite and attentive. I feel the photos on website don't accurately reflect the layout of the complex. Definitely not for me and I won't be going back."

"We were asked on the first night not to eat in the restaurant as they had two bus trips and it would be noisy and service would be slow. We struggled to get a seat in the bar area, eventually getting a seat at a low table, not ideal for eating at. Service at the bar was very slow, I got my meal eventually, my friend had to ask where his was and was served eventually. Second night was not much better, we did insist on eating in the restaurant and it was a bit more civilised. The bar was very busy and the staff really struggling."
