"I really wasn't that impressed being a hyatt. valet was amazing. no USB in the rooms, was supposed to get a clock was never sent to the room, part of the lights didn't work"

"I wasn't expecting much from a downtown hotel - and that's exactly what we got. It was clean enough. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The keys to my room didn't work - I went down and they assured me they did. One of them came up with me - tried several times, succeeded on one attempt, then it failed. She went downstairs and got me a new room. Parking garage is attached - but a bit confusing and lonely. No nearby restaurant. We would probably not stay there again."

"Great location just next to the Washington Monument. The purple Baltimore Circulator stops at the monument and takes you down to the Inner Harbor. The rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful! We enjoyed the convenience of the in hotel food options-especially The Dashery. If we return to Baltimore this is where we will stay."

"Check in and check out was good. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Pool was nice but it needs music. The decor in the bedroom needs updating. Surfaces are chipped and peeling, light fixtures are crooked, and the beds are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They are lumpy uncomfortable and the pillows are very thin and flimsy. My daughter and I did not get any quality sleep because both beds were so uncomfortable. We woke up with back and hip pain and exhausted. Overall it was meh. Definitely had way better room experience at other Aloft hotels. Upgrades are definitely needed. Until then I will book elsewhere."
