Failed to clean our room despite leaving and not having a do not disturb/privacy sign up from 8am-6pm. Staff at breakfast buffet was annoyed by any request including for spray for the waffle maker insisting she sprayed at the start of her shift and it was unnecessary - the request was made 2 hours after opening when several waffles were stuck to the maker. The staff member at check in was lovely and it was nice to have the pool reopened after it was closed during our stay last summer. That said we will stay elsewhere next summer. Having a clean room after a long day and basic assistance for breakfast are requisites for sports travel.

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The breakfast buffet had a good number of options. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub was the cleanest - I even went in! We would stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Perfect! It was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancée. It was his birthday weekend and the room was so spacious, clean, the kitchen was a plus! The 24 hour coffee downstairs really helped for the late nights. And even though it is pet friendly it was still very quiet. I will be returning here just to have a clear space to relax

Good value for the price, and the staff was great. I would recommend updating the stovetop and the shower door. As a chef staying in a city with so many great food options, I think the hotel could offer a better breakfast. I didn’t eat breakfast during my stay, and I’m glad I brought my own food. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to someone who just needs a relaxing getaway. It’s clean, comfortable, and worth the cost. I would stay here again.
