I took my 2 year old with me and we had an amazing stay. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool in the early morning(10am open) and right across the street is an indoor playground. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the fulled kitchen. I would definitely go again.

I’m upset that I was charged twice. The website said check-in at anytime. I traveled all the way from Utah to Maryland. When I got in they said they cancelled the reservation and the only way to stay was by paying for the stay again. So a $900 stay, as I was waiting for my apartment to be ready turned into an $1800 stay. An air bnb would have easily cost less than that. I’m pretty bummed, honestly. Especially that being my first interaction with someone in Maryland. PLEASE change the check in time maximum, so folks know their reservation will be cancelled otherwise.

The stay was pretty good the only complaint would be no ironing board in the room. The staff was okay the young lady at check in was okay but the night auditor was great personality was amazing he should teach the other two people how to be more up going but again it was okay for our weekend alway

The accommodations is great value for money. Very comfortable, clean, well kept amenities. Check in experience was disappointing. Rep. felt aggressive and abrupt - she said all the right things but in a excessively loud tone that lacked warmth. We were the only ones there for check in yet we felt rushed. Check out rep. Was total opposite sweet and warm despite it being the wee hours of the morning.

The beds aren’t queen beds. They are full beds also, I needed a room with double beds and they don’t have that. The pool was dirty and the water kept going out of the rooms.
