"Easy, clean, good price and location."

"The hotel is attached to the stadium and we stayed there on a game day, so it was busy and there was a lot of security. The hotel itself was fine, but for the price it could have been better. The lobby is under refurbishment and so there was really no lobby area while we were there. The finishes in the room look worn and could do with a refresh. The bathroom was not so great. The shower head was broken and water was coming out of the handle so you did not get the full amount at the shower head. The toilet did not flush well at all. We had another room in the other tower and that one was much nicer, but for the price of the room, I definitely expected more. "

"All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated , the bedrooms are a little bijou, a few more amenities in the room are necessary, a place to sit and style your hair, the hairdryer supplied has just enough lead to see in the full length mirror, or you have to stamd outside of the bathroom. A box of tissues is needed, and a fridge with complimentary water. All throughout the hotel was very clean, but unfortunately there is a problem with drainage, when you first enter your bedroom, you can smell the drains, , friends of ours had to move rooms because it was very strong in theirs. The breakfast room was very pleasant, pleanty of choice for bread and pastries, the cooked selection was ok, but the fried eggs were always over cooked and looked likee they had been there a long time, food just about warm. The cold meats were not good quality either, packet ham, same as the cheese. The cereals were very awkward to get to, as there were jars of seeds in front of them, coffee machine on side and the tinned fruit selection to tje other, this area definitely needed some extra space. You are a short walk to the circle line, and around a 10-15 minute walk to.Picadilly line."

"Room we stayed in was really poor condition, needed a real re-vamp. Whilst the lady that checked us in was great…. The guy was quite rude to my son when he went to ask for towels. The spa staff, and facilities were excellent, with good parking. "

"The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future."

"The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated having both a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle provided in the room. The breakfast, which is extra, is delicious. The hotel's location, within easy walking distance of Richmond Green, Kew Gardens, and the Tube, was excellent. Those with heavy luggage should be prepared that some rooms are a half-flight of stairs above the elevator."
