"When checking out my autistic son must’ve mistakenly ordered five movies that all started within one minute of each other and when I was checking out, the people at the counter were very rude. Very disrespectful and I didn’t mind paying for at least one, but there all these movies were started simultaneously without a minute apart. It clearly shows that someone was using it that shouldn’t have been using it or didn’t know how to use it or that you can’t watch five movies at one time and I just felt like nobody gave a crap about the time of the movies and what was going on and they were just very rude. I deal with Customer Service and I’ve never experienced anything like this before if they work for me, they would be fired. "
