"Hotel staff was very friendly, but forgetful. I asked for a pet water bowl and was told one would be sent up but I never received it. No big deal... Resturant was closed. The hotel Market was open for odds and ends but was really expensive. I ordered a small hot chocolate which was watered down and paid about 7 bucks! Room view was beautiful, pool was nice."

"The inn is situated on a side street just around the corner from the main highway. There’s several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The property is older but the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean but dated. I was really happy with the bed being a plush. I really dislike hard beds. They also serve a free buffet breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy but simple. Pancakes, hash browns, and eggs with some sort of corned beef bits in it. They also had cereals. OJ, milk and coffee. Actually, they have complementary coffee in the dining area/ check in area the entire day. Nice touch. The only downside was that the hot tub was being repaired so it was out of service while I was there."

"The auto light in the bathroom was horrible it was a senior and could not turn off. If you got up on the middle of the night the bathroom light turns on. Great location beautiful view the design of the room could have been better the bathroom door does not open completely it was the design and could use 2 nightstands instead of 1."

"Room was clean and cozy and very easy to relax with my dog. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking dinner, including tea and cocoa as well as coffee. Good location to nearby hiking and lakes. Wish that I was staying more than 1 night!"

The property was so cozy, charming, and had everything we needed for the perfect little getaway. The amenities were great and made our stay even more comfortable, and the staff was amazing—so kind, helpful, and great with communication from start to finish. You can tell they really care about making sure their guests have a great experience. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely come back. Such a little gem in Shaver Lake! 懶🏔️"
