"Had a lovely stay here. Very nice and quiet hotel. Close to Bristol Temple Meads. Room was clean and spacious. The shower was big and a nice big shower head. Can leave luggage in a baggage room if arrive early and also when leaving if going out for the day on last day. Staff very friendly and had nice conversations with them. Great breakfast and lots of choice. Would recommend. with them. Great breakfast "

"This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."
