We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "This place is overpriced and not well maintained. The outdoor pool is dirty. The indoor amenities are also not cleaned regularly. The kids playroom had food and ants all over for over a day. Staff is rude and make judgmental comments ( why are you drinking coffee before workout? Coffee makes you dehydrated. You are clearly not a real sport man!- actual comment made by the staff). Also this place is in the middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. Also drinks are not included in the dinner...

"Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I guess. IMHO, the parking in the facility should be included for hotel guests, but in Europe, everybody is trying to make extra charge. I don't think hotel of this level needs to penny-pinch on parking. Please continue to maintain these high standards in today's hard times and we will be back."
