This is an amazing hotel and spa. All staff were wonderful, helpful and super-nice! The food was outstanding, with so many choices, including champagne for breakfast! The Spa facilities are amazing, with multiple saunas, complete with fruit serving and unlimited limonade and water, just superb!

Exceptional in every way!

Exceptional in every way! Will definitely be back again. Came for the thermal healing waters, but was blown away by the incredible dining, staff, pools, room, treatments and atmosphere. What a wonderful experience and an absolute treat! Thank you everyone for an awesome stay!

The lighting concept is weird. Corridors, rooms and the swimming hall are rather dark in the evenings. It is for example impossible to read while resting by the pools.

Toller Service, überfüllte Sauna

Toller Service, vor allem im Restaurant. Sehr gutes Essen. Nur bei der Sauna waren wir enttäuscht. Es gibt zwar viele Saunas in verschiedenen Temperaturen und Duftnoten, aber aller wollten nur in die Finnische Sana, beide waren überfüllt. Ich bin nicht reingekommen, und die die drinnen waren, saßen eng wie die Sardinen beisammen.

Do hotelu jezdíme opakovaně, bazény jsou úžasný, snídaně velmi kvalitní - velký výběr, celkově moc hezký hotel, jen večeře formou bufetu nás zklamali, jídlo nebylo tak chutné, spíše základní, ceny za nápoje vysoké. Jinak pobyt perfektní.

Nice, but not 5 star experience

It was not our first visit to Spirit, but unfortunately we realized that the hotel loosing it's shine. Over 25 min chick-in time, pretty used rooms and good but not at all outstanding dinner experience. Kept the 5 start pricing, but moved to 4 star in experience... On top it was full of children on Sunday despite the Adults only weekend! We initiated some dialog with the reception, but we got only questionable explanation, but nothing else. We are pretty sad to se that an other great Hungarian hotel fall down on quality

Excellent quality, my best experience in Hungary

In a small town ~2 hours drive from Budapest, excellent location for a spa and wellness hotel. Built in 2008 but looks like new, very well maintained. Polite, friendly and professional staff, everything clean, serious ongoing cleaning and desinfection all day long and everywhere to avoid covid. Spa: medical consultation and various treatments available, massages, baths, local thermal water as well - all top quality! Wellness is large with various in and outdoor pools for children and adults, also a large one for good swimmers. Children may be a bit noisy but certain areas are reserved for 14+. Saunas in a joint building, ~10 different one, calm and clean, excellent for relaxing. Outside area is large, green, well kept in order, nice rest area. Main restaurant is buffet type and a bit crowded but well managed by staff, food is great quality and wide range. Finally a place with professional waiters, with great service attitude and smile - believe me, this latter is not always obvious in Hungary. At checkout had some problem with payment via hotels.com but customer service sorted it out. Took long and should have been better managed by reception and a word of apology would have been appreciated.

Sehr großes Zimmer,gutes Buffet, was mir nicht gefallen hat war wenn du Vormittag anreist und die Therme schon vorher benutzen willst muss man 28 € noch zusätzlich zahlen sowie auch am abreise Tag wenn man noch länger bleiben will dann nochmals 28€ das soll entweder alles inkludiert sein damit ich genau weis was ich zu zahlen habe.

We stayed here for 2 days,what impressed me most was the attention of the staff..warm friendly and helpful,,,Make no mistake this is a proper spa hotel,it offered an amazing array of beauty and health treatments at an affordable price. The rooms are of an extre,mely generous size with really comfortable beds , Everywhere was spotlessly clean and i defy you to find a better pool complex anywhere,,, truely amazing ,Lastly and i diod this on purpose lets talk about food annd drinks !!!! RElly amazing buffet style dinner a huge choice and i wont spoil it for you go and see for yourself likewise and i dont say this lightly the breakfast was amazing huge choice of fresh ingredients topped off for me by the best ever breakfast omelette ,,in short a great place for a break , i only wish id stayed longer

The hotel is at a good location with nice surroundings (ideal for taking a stroll or jogging). The room was well equipped, comfortable, and nice. The spa facilities are in good condition with great service and ample opportunity to rest. All staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant is good, however nothing extra from the buffet (breakfast and dinner), the a la carte options and the wine selection is good. (In the breakfast if one likes filter coffee the ready-made coffee in pitchers is really very good, better than the rest, like the coffee machines' products or the espressos.) The lounge is comfortable and cozy.
