"The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was VERY convenient for getting to the Rush Surgi-Center which was our purpose in being in Chicago. They provided free LYFT service to there and would have gotten us back had we needed it. Also, the parking is extremely convenient. We were there early enough to park in the lot immediately behind the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant, but the food menu is limited. We did eat there for convenience though. I thought my wings were very good. Also, very cool to look out and see the Black Hawks stadium (even though we are Blues fans).We would stay there again. "

"It was great for our family. Comfortable and a lot of nice amenities. The kids love the pool it was warm enough for my 4 year old to swim. I love that you have the freedom to eat free breakfast in your own room. Thank you "
