Staff was very professional and polite. Very busy property from all I could tell. Every thing seems quite clean, however there was just an ever so slight musty smell. Room was perfect for a family of 3 with a toddler. Breakfast was much to be desired even with all the options. Bacon was swimming in a pool of grease, and was hardly cooked. Fruits were of poor quality, oranges basically were 50% peel. They did have an omelette bar that we didnt take part in. They did offer a happy hour for the parents with two free drinks each, which was very appreciated after a long drive.

Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I love the omelettes fresh every morning. The only thing that really upset me is that my shower wouldn’t drain the night I got in. There was no staff on duty to fix it so I wasn’t able to shower until the next day when someone was able to come fix it which was very irritating.
