"The staff was friendly, the restaurant was convenient with great breakfast selections, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the "heated pool" was very cold. We selected the hotel in part based on the heated pool given that we knew the weekend would be cold and rainy, so it was a disappointment for us and our kids."

"Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was not so good, especially if you had to pay for it. Room furnishings were almost shabby but clean. TV remote was an enigma to us. Staff was delightful, especially front desk, shuttle driver and housekeeping."

"From the moment we checked in at the front desk until the moment we were dropped off from the shuttle at BWI the staff interaction was excellent. We especially loved Mo, who takes care of everyone at the bar/restaurant. The discussion was great and the food was delicious. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle are the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight back to Detroit and we are not morning people. The in-room coffee, punctuality of the shuttle, and kindness from the staff was an added bonus. Thank you!"
