The property itself was amazing. It was clean inside. It is downtown so outside they can’t control with people and you do see a few mice but that’s outside. As far as inside it is clean. I really enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again.

The bar was a lot of fun, it was crowded but the bartender did a good job taking care of everyone. Very fun vibe. Perfect location, can walk to the Hippodrome theater. Parking garage right across the street is so convenient.

Upon arrival, I was promptly checked into my room. However, I immediately noticed several cleanliness concerns, including visible stains on the carpet, multiple strands of hair in both the bathroom and on the couch, and the absence of body soap in the shower. Aside from these issues, the room matched the photos provided and featured a layout that I found comfortable and enjoyable. On my second day, there was a concerning incident in which staff attempted to enter my room without prior notice while I was still inside. Fortunately, I had engaged the secondary lock. It appeared that housekeeping did not verify occupancy before attempting entry, which raised concerns regarding guest privacy and safety. On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent. The staff preparing the meal were welcoming and personable, and I truly enjoyed my interactions with them.
