It's also ridiculous that an upscale hotel with a garage under it charges guests to park: $76 for two nights. People drive from all over to spend time and money in Baltimore, and get gouged for parking! And the parking garage signs read as if customers are likely to be cheaters: "Pay within 15 minutes or get booted and pay fines and fees costing $350." "

"I love the made to order omelettes. Parking at this hotel is an outside agency and was difficult. Not just me, but I witnessed someone else having difficulty and another person telling them about the difficult process."

"My husband and I spent an amazing evening at this hotel. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. The view was AWESOME! Customer Service was GREAT! Our entire experience was SUPERB. We will be booking again definitely."

"Nice location and affordable, BUT upgrades are needed. Elevator buttons dont work properly. Bathroom needs to be re-grouted, stains on the couch. The underside of the blanket had old cigarette burns. Other than that. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"This was a great hotel in the heart of everything but away just enough to be quiet. Super friendly & helpful staff. Two high-end restaurants attached to the property. The hotel breakfast left a bit to be desired & the continental breakfast didn't have many offerings. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful."
