"Really loved staying at this gem located at Terminal 5 at JFK. What a walk back through time! Loved all the nostalgic details in the room as well including a Life magazine from 1962 and an old timey phone. The only area for improvement would be the staff at the front desk and in the food hall. They seemed disengaged and really could not be bothered. Each time I needed something, I would keep looking their way (no customers in front of me) and had to ask to be waited on. There was one exception - the young man in the gift shop could not have been friendlier. I will be back, however, as it was just such a cool experience. Bed was comfy, room was quiet, and view was amazing!"

"Perfect location for getting to all the popular tourist spots with lots of food options nearby of all price ranges. The rooms are small but functional especially if you don’t plan on spending much time here. The train is an easy five minute walk and you can’t beat the price."

"We stayed there for a week, and to be fair, everyone was very friendly and nice, especially the lady in the kitchen during breakfast time! The reception staff was awesome, especially the guy with the curly hair! Breakfast was good. Since we stayed for a week, I wish they had a little more variety in the food throughout the week. No complaints at all,just a suggestion. They cleaned our room every day, and the fridge and AC were working perfectly. The neighborhood felt a little strange on our first night, but we got used to it and nothing happened. The hotel is only a 4-minute walk from the 167S.T subway station, which was great and very convenient."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very well kept and organized. The staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, a pleasant experience and a place I would happily stay at again."
