Very friendly staff. Nice stay, no complaints about the hotel. The only downside was a poor dog who barked all night long, it sounded very stressed out. That is in no way a reflection on the hotel. The two ladies at the front desk were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

It's very difficult for me to evaluate the hotel at the moment. Now it's undergoing repairs and therefore all the problems are on the face. There were 5 markings on the wall in the room - none of them worked. The girls at the reception are very helpful. Breakfast is simple, you can have a snack.

The hotel is under renovation, but I was surprised to find there's no ramp from the reception area to the elevators; you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The carpets on the fourth floor are quite worn and have mildew stains. The room had good air conditioning, but the bathroom was in poor condition and the bathtub was stained. The towels and sheets were clean. Overall, I'd give it a 5/10.

The hotel was conveniently located close off I95. The front desk employee was nice and helpful. The room however wasn’t clean. Carpet stains and peeling paint was unappealing. Breakfast area was clean, however the eggs were made from powder, and awful , and the hot cereal didn’t look like oatmeal so I can only say the coffee wasn’t bad. It was a last minute overnight and so it was ok and served its purpose.

The staff was very helpful; however, the hotel was under renovation, so it was not fully clean, with old air conditioners moved, still needing a bit of work. The amenities, like the gym, did not work, and on the last day before we checked out, the 2 elevators were not working (when we arrived, only one was working). So, in general, it needs some work to be in good condition.
