"The hotel is located right in front of the beach, within a reasonable walking distance to the Dover Cliffs. The staff were excellent and attentive. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our three-day stay at the Hotel."

"We had a really lovely stay at the Victoria Hotel. It’s a charming place with plenty of character, and it felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The location is great — close enough to Canterbury city centre but still nice and peaceful. It made it easy to explore the area without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A great choice if you’re visiting Canterbury and want somewhere comfortable with a friendly atmosphere."

"I’m teased a lot for being a hotel snob, but this hotel has changed my views on “cheaper” hotels, stayed here 4 nights and I’m actually a bit sad to be leaving, I have felt welcomed and comfortable here from the moment I arrived to the moment that I am about to check out. "Clean and spacious room, tea and coffee facilities included in the room, which was nice. More choice of tea would have been nice, for example a herbal tea option. Breakfast was great value for money, and the service was superb. The young lady was extremely pleasant and welcoming."
