"Excellent location, ambience, quiet room. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, YMCA and walking along Erie Canal. "

"The staff( front clerk and the shuttle drivers) were very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. The only issue was the shower had no pressure, very convenient having shampoo dispenser in the shower "

"Property was clean inside the facility. It was very dated but very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much at all. There’s no pool. They’re supposed to be a pool but they have all kinds of storage stuff in the pool., I probably would not stay. The beds were so so they were on a metal spring that the platform kept moving would not recommend it unless you’re just cheap overnight."
