"Very clean room, polite and helpful staff, quick check-in process. Easy garage parking and optional valet services. In a good location downtown, but still far away enough from event spaces to not be too noisy at night. Have stayed here twice now when coming to Cleveland, always a good choice. "

"We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location. "
