"The room felt very neglected and not cleaned after previous customer stay. Very powerful odor of cigarette smoke. Wall outlets are not to spec and are hanging out of walls by the wire. The bed has stains on the mattress. Definitely would not recommend or stay there again."

"Staff was fine except for the front desk person on Friday morning when we checked out. She was not horrible but a little grumpy. The rooms were clean and kept up but terribly uncomfortable. The beds are horrible. My wife and I woke up aching every morning. Whoever picked an all glass door on the bathroom should be fired immediately!!!! Everytime either my wife or I had to go to the bathroom and the room was dark, the room glows bright enough to wake the other. Both rooms were very loud. I felt like I was in the movie "My Cousin Vinny" I heard train horns all night train engines idling, trucks using engine brakes, traffic, and on top of it all, my air conditioner sounded like there was a wind storm outside my window. Breakfast was lacking this is not my biggest complaint but it was not all it was cracked up to be. Only positive from my stay there was how nice it felt to get back into my own bed and my own home. At this point, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone else."
