I was relocating my daughter on this trip and we stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic. We didn’t have her car the first day and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants making it convenient. I loved the on site laundry and the room was very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the outside space was especially nice

We have stayed here before, when the hotel was very new and we enjoyed our visit. However, the house keeping in the public areas has slipped significantly. The front entrance is in need of a good cleaning and the same can be said for the elevators. It is very apparent the common areas get very little cleaning attention, that said our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The power shade in the room was broken and appears that it had been broken for some time. The toaster in the breakfast area was also broken and out of use. Overall it appears a good manager is needed to get this hotel back in shape before things get to far out of hand

Room was clean and check-in was easy. Kitchen in room was spacious and refrigerator/freezer was very large. The pool was too small to be useful, but we saw some people using the gym. All day coffee was amazing and the breakfast was surprisingly good. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very nice other than only 1 out of 2 elevators worked and the hotel was very busy. The breakfast buffet was definitely not up to the standards of many others we have been to. The setup was very disorganized, the hot food was mislabeled and things were messy. I did love the layout of our room and the bed was very comfortable.

Always a reliable stop on our trek from FL to New England! On this visit the A/C in our home was not functioning correctly - was blasting and would respond to the thermostat. The on duty manager arranged for another room and discounted the stay. Breakfast was hot and had several choices. We will be back!
