"Rooms were great! Need more elevators; some were broke but no way to handle all the people and no stairs! Not good. Check in was insane. We were lined to the door with one person to check in and then finally 3 more can but on the next day the line was double the size and still not enough check-ins. These two items are huge and everything else were great."
