"The hotel was great, but I gave it a poor review because it could have been so much better. It was awkwardly quiet, which may have been time of year or newness of property. Great pool but no one there. Thwy are trying AI/digital everything, but i couldn’t even use my phone app (annoying) to access the guardrails throughout the property, and spent over 2 hours troubleshooting with management, just to be given a classic keycard. Bogus there is bo free coffee and there’s a charge for more coffee pods - it’s a hotel. I requested service multiple times - through their app, as they wished - and service was not what i was asking for. This place has potential, could be a banger when operating right. But i would not stay there again as is, and even regret doing so. "
