"A mixed bag. Excellent room, not particularly welcoming staff, good breakfast. Pool was nice bonus but sauna and jacuzzi both not working, which was not advised at reception. Overall a good value airport stay which with a few tweaks could be an airport gem."

"Only stayed one night,did not use facilities. Breakfast was excellent, just across the road from Heathrow airport but no noise whatsoever, Regular public transport from hotel to terminals, a fare is payable and it stops at a few hotels before dropping you off at your terminal"
