West London hotel rooms a the St Cristophers Inn

"Overall we had a very good experience here. Our room was clean, quiet and a generous size. Check in was quick, the buffet breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. "

"The room was comfortable and spacious, beds were incredibly comfortable but was lacking some basic amenities like water glasses and a proper outlet in the bathroom. Runway view was worth the upgraded cost!"

"Did online check-in, then was directed to another desk and then was questioned why we came to this desk and not the first desk. Staff did not seem to know what was going on. The pool cost 5 pounds per child which seems petty. Should be included with the room. The bunk bed design with kids is superb though. Meals and service was mediocre and had to go to the bar after 20 min of waiting to get someone to take our order"

"I stayed here last week. The room last week was excellent. This week - the shower was extremely poor, a trickle of water. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There were stains on the carpet. Very disappointed this time."
