"Check in very friendly and efficient. The whole hotel had a lovely upmarket feel. Lots of glass elevators. It was very easy to get to terminal five and two and three. Nice cocktails in the bar. A bit limited in range but i enjoyed a dark and stormy and a glass of champagne. I then ate in La Belle Epoque restaurant and the souffle was to die for and the beef very flavourful. The vegetables with a honey glaze i think were delicious."

"The service from the staff from reception to bar and food and cleaner's was exceptional. Our accessible room was extremely clean and spacious. We had an evening meal which was superb and good value and the buffet breakfast was excellent. A lot to choose from and very tasty. Our pre-booked taxi to the airport was spot on. Highly recommend for value for money and excellence"
