"After two weeks in Europe it is so nice to stay at a very nice hotel so close to Heathrow the night before a long transatlantic flight. The shuttle to the airport is seven pounds and leaves every 25 minutes or so. The staff is very helpful and professional."

"The reception staff and daily clean staff were very nice. Parking was limited but very acceptable. The room was very aged, worn carpet and paint. It was no doubt at its peak 30 years ago and perhaps a 5 star hotel in its era, but with minimal maintenance as this obviously has received, it’s going to look worn and tired. This makes me consider, if an 8 story hotel is charging good money per night, it would be reasonable for routine maintenance and refurbishment over time. All in all. A good stay albeit the room and public areas are run down."
