"We had a great stay during our trip to Chicago! I was very impressed with the room—it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there is no on-site parking. We had to park in a separate parking garage and walk over to the hotel, which was a little inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Other than the parking situation, we really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Our stay was awesome!! The AC/ fan in our room was old, so there was no cold air, it got hot quickly. Other than that, the location was great, room was clean, and was perfect for a weekend trip. I heard people saying it was “the creepy hotel” but honestly i experienced nothing abnormal."

"The staff are definitely the highlight of this hotel. The interior/lobby is BEAUTIFUL and the bar in the lobby was amazing, drinks were very good. Just stayed 1 night, they upgraded my room for free which was very nice but once I got into the room I could immediately tell it was a MUCH older hotel. The decor was outdated, there was also just a bed and a desk chair in the room lol nothing else. Couldn’t sit anywhere that wasn’t the bed…bathroom was okay too. Towels had some stains on them. Other than that it was a decent stay. I’d probably book somewhere else next time just because it’s not as modern as it seemed to be online but if you like the older style hotels definitely check this one out."

"This property was literally close to everything. We only caught a uber to the airport. Make sure you get a corner room for the view. I’d definitely stay here again."
