"Overall, the hotel was very clean and orderly. The hotel staff were very, very nice. The only comment would be that the service in the restaurant was below expectations. For instance, each time we visited for a meal or drink, it seemed that it took an extraordinary amount of time for a staff member to come to the table to ask us if we would like to start with a beverage. That being said, they were mostly pleasant. "

"The room was large and comfortable. Not necessarily senior accommodating as my mom fell going into the bathroom. The restaurant was friendly and very good, but way too expensive. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Customer service was great all around. "
