The staff were great and fun. The rooms are beautiful. It was also great that it was a “one stop shop” - Hotel, Casino and multiple restaurants to chose from, it made for a fun night out! We were also very impressed with how quiet the rooms were. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a very nice stay at the Hard Rock. We were in Ottawa for Hyrox and the location worked out to be perfect. It’s only a 20min ride from downtown where all the restaurants are. We stayed at the silver suite and it was incredible. The gym was top notch. I just wish they had a spa or an indoor pool but overall very great experience. We dined at the council oak restaurant twice and loved it.

Came to the Hard Rock in Ottawa to watch Ron White at the casino, so decided to stay the night here as well. Big beautiful brand new rooms, comfy beds, big shower and quiet. The casino floor is downstairs and in the back- is the concert hall, so this was a great spot. Casino is new and there is a ton of machines and tables in there. We ate at the hard rock for dinner- smash burgers were good- I’ve had better but the food was descent. There are afew restaurants and a snack bars in the casino. Late night, we grabbed some Chinese food in one of the restaurants that was a great way to end the night. The staff there were perfect and the spring rolls were dynamite. We would definitely stay here again.
