Room was clean and (on this visit) very spacious. Hotel was clean and quiet - exactly what I was looking for. And my kid goes to Carleton - I chose this hotel for its proximity to the school, and I will book there again.

The main lobby and hallways were not impressive but the room look newly renovated and was clean, spacious and modern looking as was the bathroom. In fact the room, was better than a 4 star hotel I had stayed in recently. If you don’t need 4 star amenities and want a nice room to stay in, this is definitely value for money!
