"The Double Tree Hilton Ottawa Downtown hotel itself was great. Room was very clean and the bed and pillow svery comfortable. Excellent location close to Rideau Centre, Parliament Hill and Byward Market. Staff were professional and welcoming. Parking was terrible. The hotel does not have it's own parking. There is a nearby outdoor unmanned parking lot and a parking lot building which has very low ceilings, poor air quality and is very hot inside. If you park overnight you are expected to show up at 6 a.m. to check out or you will get new parking charges from 6 a.m. on. Both parking lots are unmanned and there is no one to talk to or ask questions."

"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean and central. There is an issue with groups partying at this location though we were fortunate not to encounter any real issue past 11:30pm and in the end did not involve the front desk."
