"All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction."

"this could be a perfect 5 out of 5, but the fact that you have to walk thru a smoke filled casino to get to restaurants is sickening...I get it, there are people that don't care about their heatlh or anyone elses, but maybe it's time to revisit the smoking policy and cater more to those that do! Also, don't waste your time at the slots...just make a check payable to MGM Resorts!😤"

"The neighborhood is run down but the holiday inn is very well maintained and clean with desk people who are welcoming and helpful. The bay is very pleasant to sit and relax on with a small beach . The windsurfers made that little piece of heaven even more special!"
